The person/s viewing or intending to utilise information supplied from Goldbach acknowledges that;

Goldbach is not:

– A licensed investment advisor or planner; or
– A licensed financial advisor or planner; or
– A qualified or practising accountant; or
– A qualified or practising finance professional.

The acknowledgment of the person/s referred to above extends (in addition to Goldbach) to:

The person/s acknowledges that no investment decision should be made or investment undertaken based solely on the information and materials provided by Goldbach.

The person/s acknowledge that before undertaking any investment it is responsible and appropriate that independent financial, investment and legal advice be obtained.

The person/s agree and acknowledge that any investment undertaken following or as a result of information provided by Goldbach will be undertaken whether by the person/s or a Client of Goldbach only after:

– Consideration of all relevant facts and issues; and
– Obtaining independent financial, investment and legal advice.

The person/s release absolutely and indemnify Goldbach and any related subsidiary of Goldbach and all employees of and Consultants and Contractors to Goldbach and any related subsidiary of Goldbach from all and any responsibility or liability for any losses claims or demands that may be made incurred or arise due to the person/s, or a Client of Goldbach undertaking any investment following or as a result of information or materials provided by Goldbach.
